Join Schlosser Treats for a deliciously fun cookie decorating class inspired by everyone's favorite backyard BBQ. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn the art of piping, flooding, and detail work with royal icing while decorating a set of six summer-themed cookies—think sizzling grills, juicy burgers, classic hot dogs, watermelon slices, and picnic-ready aprons.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned decorator, you'll leave with new skills, a sweet set of themed cookies, and plenty of inspiration for your next cookout.

All supplies are included—just bring your creativity and a craving for summer fun!

Ashley Schlosser

Ashley Schlosser Ashley Schlosser discovered her love of baking in the kitchens of her mother and grandmother, where she learned that the best desserts are both beautiful and delicious. What began as an artistic outlet has grown into Schlosser Treats—a passion project that brings sweet additions to special occasions and everyday celebrations.

In addition to running her home-based bakery, Ashley works as a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist and clinical microbiologist at St. Vincent Hospital. She lives in Shepherd with her husband and their two children.

Ashley believes food has a way of bringing people together, and she’s excited to share her love of baking through hands-on classes that are fun, approachable, and full of heart. Whether you're piping cookies or learning the perfect pie crust, she’s here to help you create treats worth celebrating.
