In this hands-on class led by the talented team at Schlosser Treats, you’ll learn how to decorate festive red, white, and blue sugar cookies that are almost too pretty to eat (almost!). From piping and flooding to adding dazzling detail with royal icing, you’ll leave with six beautifully decorated cookies—plus the skills to recreate patriotic masterpieces at home. Perfect for beginners and cookie lovers alike.

Ashley Schlosser
Ashley Schlosser discovered her love of baking in the kitchens of her mother and grandmother, where she learned that the best desserts are both beautiful and delicious. What began as an artistic outlet has grown into Schlosser Treats—a passion project that brings sweet additions to special occasions and everyday celebrations.
In addition to running her home-based bakery, Ashley works as a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist and clinical microbiologist at St. Vincent Hospital. She lives in Shepherd with her husband and their two children.
Ashley believes food has a way of bringing people together, and she’s excited to share her love of baking through hands-on classes that are fun, approachable, and full of heart. Whether you're piping cookies or learning the perfect pie crust, she’s here to help you create treats worth celebrating.
