Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Montana Restaurant Employees
This essential 2-hour training equips restaurant employees at all levels—from servers and cooks to managers—with the knowledge and tools to recognize, prevent, and respond to sexual harassment in the workplace. Participants will learn how Montana state law and federal guidelines define sexual harassment, explore real-world scenarios, and gain practical strategies for bystander intervention.
The course emphasizes individual rights and responsibilities, reporting procedures, and each employee's critical role in maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment. Interactive activities and a Q&A session help reinforce learning and encourage open dialogue.

Target Audience: All employees of Montana restaurants (front-of-house, back-of-house, and management).
